Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance High Temp 340° C is 100% RTV silicone sealant is a one component sealant which cures to a strong durable resilient elastomer.
It will adhere to glass, clean metal, most types of non-oily woods, vulcanised silicone rubber, silicone resins, natural and synthetic fibers, ceramic, paper, as well as many painted and plastic surfaces.

Meets the following specifications: USDA for use in federally inspected meat and poultry plants. F.D.A reg. #21 CFR 177.2600, TT-S- 001543A (COM-NBS) Class A, TT-S00230C (COM-NBS) Class AAMIL-A-46106B Amend 3, Type 1, and Canadian 19-GP-9MA, Type1.

APPLICATION :
Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance High Temp 340° C can be used for bonding gaskets in heating and refrigeration units, filleting and caulking joints in sheetmetal stacks, ductwork and equipment housing, sealing windows in oven doors and flues on gas appliances, flanged pipe joints and access doors, glaze windows, and anywhere a tight leakproof seal is required to weatherproof, protect and insulate.

Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance High Temp 340° C can be used to control noise and vibration and as a pipe tank sealer.

INSTRUCTIONS
READ ALL LABEL DIRECTION, MSDS AND WARNING ON LABEL BEFORE USING

1. Clean and dry all surface. Completely remove all dirt, grease and soap.
2. Cut nozzle at desired bead size, apply bead of silicone.
3. Most paint will not adhere to silicone. Surface should be painted first, then seal.
4. Silicone :skins over” and becomes tack-free in 15 minutes, cures in 1 hour. Allow 24 hours for full cure and strength.
