DESCRIPTION
“ Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance 200 C “ is a premium quality 100% TV silicone caulk that remains permanently flexible. Ideal for sealing around electrical panels, windows, door, pipes / vents, corner joints, aluminium siding and other interior / exterior building materials. Dry to touch in 30 minutes and fully cures in 24 hours.
“ Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance 200 C “ can be used indoors or outdoors, has excellent adhesion, and remains flexible when cured.

Notice : “ Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance 200 C “ can corrode or may not adhere to copper, brass
(and copper containing alloys), magnesium, zinc and galvanized metals (and other zinc-containing alloys).

APPLICATIONS :
“ Silicone Rubber Injection Resistance 200 C “ can be used to seal around bathtubs, shower stalls, bathroom vanities, kitchen counters, sinks, windows and doors. It can be used for replacing ceramic tiles and making new gaskets for dishwasher doors, sealing windshields in car, vans and boats. Use it to repair or install body-side moulding, and any application that requires a permanently flexible waterproof seal that will withstand moisture, heat and vibration.

INSTRUCTIONS :
READ ALL DIRECTIONS, MSDS AND WARNINGS ON LABEL BEFORE USING
  1. Surface must be clean, dry and free of all dirt and previous caulk.
  2. Cut nozzle at desired bead width. Cut tip off cartridge.
  3. Run a continuous bead along surface, keeping sealant ahead of the nozzle. Then tool sealant surface to a smooth defect-free finish. Excess, uncured sealant can be removed with solvents.
  4. Allow sealant to cure fully before exposing to water, approximately 24 hours.
